ECPAT Child Alert are launching event for their new research report, “I’m Just Content to Them”: Children Living Through Sexual Exploitation in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Over the past 18 months, ECPAT Child Alert have been interviewing people who have experienced child sexual exploitation in Aotearoa — both online and offline — to understand exploitation, how systems respond, and what needs to change.
The event feature an expert panel who will discuss this new research detailing how domestic sex trafficking unfolds and why current responses too often fall short while also pointing to clear, actionable opportunities for system change. There will be a chance for Q&A.
