The Executive Board for the Elimination of Family Violence and Sexual Violence is an Interdepartmental Executive Board under the Public Service Act 2020 tasked with improving the whole-of-government approach to family violence and sexual violence. Te Puna Aonui agencies are responsible for implementing Te Aorerekura – the National Strategy to Eliminate Family Violence and Sexual Violence.

This Evidence to Practice session focuses on primary prevention in LGBTQIA+ communities. This session will focus on the rapidly growing evidence base for prevention of family, domestic and sexual violence experienced by LGBTIQA+ communities, and the implications for policy and practice.
