The Office of the Privacy Commissioner | Te Mana Mātāpono Matatapu is an Independent Crown Entity whose job is to regulate the Privacy Act 2020 and make sure businesses and organisations know what rules they need to follow. They also help individuals whose privacy has been breached and educate people about their privacy rights in Aotearoa.
