Final Allocation of Community Response Fund

Around $14 million has been allocated in the final round of the Community Response Fund.Since the Fund opened in June 2009, more than $55 million has been paid out to 694 community organisations, some of which received multiple grants.The Fund is Government’s response to the extra pressure the recession put on community-based providers of critical social services, including increased in demand for services or loss of funding due to the financial crisis.
